Mr. David is a really kind person who devoted himself to the elderly lady and with patience, knowledge and professionalism he knew how to explain and tell her everything she needs to know about the device and its use. He advised her on the most suitable hearing aid for her better every day. She was very pleased!

It has been a good month since I used the hearing aid of AUDIO BM d.o.o. - Copper. Before that, I used their in-ear device. After measurements and due to good experience, we finally decided on an in-ear device. I have it in my ears for 10 to 12 hours a day. My fear of being disturbed as a stranger in the ear did not materialize. Family and friends praised me for successfully participating in the conversations. I find myself becoming less and less aware of how my communication with the world has been hampered. I am very pleased with the advice and explanation of AUDIO BM experts. Therefore, I also advised a friend who has similar problems as I had to arrange a meeting with them or. consulting.

When my mother decided to try hearing aids, we visited AUDIO BM in Koper. On our first visit, Mr. David Olenik presented various hearing aids in a friendly and professional way. In a relaxed conversation, he then advised us, depending on my mother's needs, what would be appropriate. The Lord really took his time, no one was chasing us. He was also very friendly and responsive during the trial. He helped solve all the problems that arose during this time very quickly. When mom just decided to try out the hearing aid we decided to visit AUDIO BM and we are not sorry. The first contact by phone convinced us. On our first visit to us, Mr. David Olenik made the decision very precise and professional, and above all very patient (which is essential, especially for the elderly). On behalf of my mother Ana Oberžan, I would like to wish you Mr. David, thank you so much for all the care you have shown when purchasing two hearing aids for my mom at your hearing center. You explained everything very nicely to her, from the beginning of the process to the final execution of the purchase. She was most satisfied with the fact that she was able to test the hearing aid herself for a good 2 and a half months, which was not feasible with the previous provider. Since her previous device had problems with changing disposable batteries, she decided on a hearing aid with rechargeable batteries based on my recommendation and your expert advice. She really likes this with these hearing aids, that she no longer has to change the batteries themselves every couple of days. Now he can just put his hearing aids on the charging station every night and charge them nicely overnight so he can use them the next day afterwards. Your hearing center and you Mr. David would definitely recommend it to anyone else if he knew about it, that he would have hearing problems himself. We wish you many more successes in your work.
